Our Manufacturing

All housings are manufactured by our qualified personnel using state-of-the-art machinery. First, all sheet metal parts are laser-cut before being shaped on a press brake or folding machine.

In the next step, our experienced employees carefully weld the sheet metal parts to create housings that meet high standards. The use of the latest technologies combined with the expertise of our staff ensures products of the highest quality and durability.

In our two production halls at our Hergensweiler location, with a total of approximately 2000 square meters of production space, the electric air heaters are manufactured according to the latest quality and production standards. This allows us to ensure the highest precision, reliability, and durability.

The assembly of the air heaters is carried out in several steps. First, the coils are pre-assembled in the assembly department before being professionally wired in the electrical department. This process utilizes both heating elements from our own production and selected tubular heaters from suppliers that meet our high-quality standards.

Before leaving our halls in Hergensweiler, each air heater undergoes a final inspection where its functionality is thoroughly tested. This quality assurance process ensures that our customers receive reliable and durable products they can depend on.
